- WHAT IDENTIFICATION DO I NEED FOR THE CARIBBEAN?

Beginning January 8, 2007, the U.S. government has mandated that anyone traveling by air must have a passport or other secure, accepted document to re-enter the United States -- including travelers returning from the Caribbean, Mexico or Bermuda (Passports will NOT be required to reenter the U.S. from the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico). That means you should begin your passport application process now to avoid any problems with your vacation.

- WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES?

At most of all Resorts, check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.

- WHAT IS A VACATION CLUB?

An organization who marketing a Resort or Hotels for an inexpensive price, designed for a qualify couples and the promise to assist to a VIP tour presentation.

- HOW DO WE MANAGE TO OFFER SUCH GREAT PACKAGES AT SUCH LOW RATES?

*Some of our packages are discounted heavily because we ask that you give us 90 minutes of your time to take a tour of our Host Resorts. It's no secret; the Resort gets good word of mouth advertising when people take a tour of the property. The tour is very informative, good fun and we get many compliments about it.

- ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DATES OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS?

There are certain holiday dates when packages sell very quickly and some dates may become sold out. All vacation stays are subject to availability so the earlier you book, the better. We recommend you make your vacation request as soon as possible

- TELL ME MORE ABOUT TOUR & SALES PRESENTATION?

Your tour will be booked for you when your reservation is made. The tour is booked for the second day from your arrival. Please note, it is very important that you attend the tour, it's the reason you received such a great vacation package price and failure to attend the tour will result in full rack rate being charged for your accommodations. Prior to the tour & sales presentation, you will enjoy a complimentary Breakfast or Lunch Buffet that contains both hot & cold items. Then, during 90-minute tour & sales presentation, you will discover all of the many benefits of vacation ownership plans. You are under absolutely no obligation to purchase anything!

- HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR THIS VACATION?

Caribbean & Mexico Vacation Club Details:

*Our packages marketing as a Vacation Clubs are discounted for the purposes of promoting Time Share Resorts. For Caribbean Packages the Resort requires that couples be married or cohabitairing for more than 1 year, at least one participant must be at between 30 and 70 years of age. Single women from 30 years old and up are also welcome. You should have a combined gross annual income of at least $40,000.00. Both partners must attend the preview together, have the required income, ID with proof of leaving together and present a valid international credit card at time of check in at the Resort. Discounted price is only valid for one room. You must meet these qualifications in order to participate in this offer.

- I WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION, WHAT'S THE PROCEDURE AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Simply choose the package which best suits your needs, book directly  and we do the rest. You will receive a welcome package to your e-mail address and the Reservation form, you should complete all the information sing it and fax it over to us. No later than a week we will e-mail back your Hotel voucher.

You will receive Reservation Directions.

Please check your e-mail address; you should receive a Welcome call, the Sales Receipt and the Reservation Form.

Please complete the Reservation Form with names of the Persons traveling with you and request your travel dates. Don't forget to sign this form and email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax it over to us at Fax: 888-3915002.

Once we receive your fax we will submitted the Reservation with the Resort. No later than 1 week we will e-mail you the Hotel Voucher.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We don't charge for Shipping & Handling. All the information is send it by e-mail.

We use your PayPal e-mail address  to send you the Welcome Package, Reservation form and Hotel Voucher if you want to use another e-mail address please let us know to avoid any inconvenience.

Our first priority is customer satisfaction.  We constantly strive to give you quickly; easy, stress-free when you are planning your vacations. It is our mission to achieve the best experience for you, and satisfy all customers with our excellent high quality Resorts.

If there is no availability, we will happily reschedule you at a comparable resort or refund your payment in full. Upgrades are available for most vacation packages; please inquire. All upgrades are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

CANCELATION POLICY

- You have 3 days to cancel your package without penalty.

- If your preferred travel dates have become unavailable, you can accept an alternate resort, modified your travel dates or change your destination without penalty. You can also keep your vacation package up to a full year after purchase to use later.

- If you need to cancel your reservation; you can also reschedule your vacation within 1 year from the purchase date. Any modification (including name changes) will be charged at $50.00.  Any cancelation or modification made within 15 days from the arrival date, will be charged at $120.00 or 1 night at regular rate (from $120- $178). This promotion is not redeemable for cash. Some other restrictions apply.

If you will NOT be able to take the tour, or your eligibility status is affected by marital or financial changes, We will transfer you to an alternate resort or cancel your reservations, subject to above policy.
