1. WHEN CAN I START USING THIS VACATION CERTIFICATE?

You can start using our destinations as soon you buy, the package has to be pay in full to process your reservation request.

 

2. HOW MANY VACATIONS CAN I TAKE WITH THIS COMPANY?

We allow our customers to enjoy up to 3 vacations per year

 

3. CAN WE TAKE A FAMILY AND FRIEND AT THE SAME TIME?

This vacation club doesn't allow travel groups it can only be use by the member or buyer only. 1 package per household at the same time

 

4. CAN I REFER MY FRIEND OR FAMILY TO BUY?

Yes, you can

 

5. CAN WE ADD ADDITIONAL NIGHTS TO OUR VACATION PACKAGES?

Yes, you can but you must pay a regular hotel standard price, and of course our agents will help you to set up the reservation.

 

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL?

Once you filled out the reservations form place on the main menu, choose your dates and our agents will contact you within 24 hours of your submission for more details, once is done you will receive a email with hotel , phone number , directions,  and confirmations number. Usually takes 4 business days for you to receive the hotel confirmation letter.

 

7. WITH HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE, DO I NEED TO BOOK MY TRAVEL DAYS?

Every destination is different, so just for you and your family to ensure your travel we require at least 14 days in advance for booking. Last minute Reservation are welcome subject to hotel availability.

 

8. IS MY AIRLINE TICKET INCLUDED?

No, your tickets will not be included in the package

 

9. ARE MY HOTEL TAXES AND RESERVATION FEES INCLUDED?

No, your taxes will not be included, you will have to pay 7% to 10% state Tax at check out For USA destinations.  Caribbean destinations the tax are paid at reservation time.

Reservation fees is $29.99 standard price to be paid once.

 

10. WHAT IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION?

We do have some awesome all inclusive , with mean that once your check in in the hotel your meals , breakfast , lunch , dinner , beverage , and alcoholic beverage , are already included on your package.

 

11. CAN WE UPGRADE THE HOTEL ROOM?

No, the hotel rooms are standards, due to a contract with our company. if you want to upgrade the room you will have to pay hotel an additional amount.

 

12. HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN A ROOM?

Hotel rooms are equipped with a king bed or 2 queen beds depends of your choice.

 

13. DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO THE HOTEL?

Yes, you have to provide a credit card information to the reservation agent at the moment you make your reservation. this information will be submitted to the hotel by the reservation agent in order to process your reservation.

 

14. WHERE THE 90-MINUTE PRESENTATION TAKE PLACE?

The 90 Minute presentation is always schedule at your best convenience time, next day after your check in and takes place at Resort Location, the facilities will be given to you to attend to the presentation.

 

15. WHEN CAN I USE THE THE-PARK THICKETS?

You can use the theme park-tickets in the right moment they are given to you and expires in 1 year.

 

The theme-park tickets are given to you when the 90-minute presentation finishes and you have no obligation of purchase to obtain those.
